Good evening sir.
I have a land that I just about to purchase and have the following features.
The front is 17.29sqm
The back is 15.83sqm
The right side is 20.29sqm
The left side is 30.90sqm
Is it up to 500sqm and can I have 3 bedrooms all ensuite bathroom bungalow on it.

Hi Mr. Patrick. You can have a decent structure built on your half plot of land. With the size of the plot, you may have to go up 3 floors if you need something more luxurious and comfortable. If you need just the regular standard, you can do 2 floors but not have as much space as possible.
