Hi Ikenna,
I have just come across your article about building a 4 bedroom Duplex and I have also read about the tips on hiring an Architect.

I have 1 Acre (4046.856sqm) in Ogun state and want a 5 bedroom duplex with Study, 1 living room on the ground floor and another on the 1st floor, and a Penthouse at the top, and a swimming pool of course… Can you advise and give me quote on how much it will cost.
