I have #12million I want to erect a 1 storey 2room ,kitchen, parlour, stairs , wc, dinner downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs , borehole, over head tank etc. Can this amount finish the work?

N10M for construction of 4 bedroom bungalow is pretty vague. What is the the floor area under purview? Kindly clarify.
